  • Contact details – your name, phone number, email and delivery address when you order, register or contact us.
  • Order and payment details – items bought, amounts, and M-Pesa transaction references. We do not store your M-Pesa PIN or card details.
  • Messages – what you send us on WhatsApp, phone, email, social media or our contact form.
  • Website usage – basic technical data such as pages visited and device/browser type, collected through cookies.

3. How we use your information

  • To process, deliver and support your orders, returns and warranty claims.
  • To confirm payments and keep accounting and tax records.
  • To answer your questions and provide customer service.
  • To send offers and updates, only where you have agreed. You can opt out at any time.
  • To improve our shop, website and services, and to prevent fraud.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to serve you: with delivery partners (to deliver your order), payment providers such as Safaricom M-Pesa (to process payments), our website and business software providers, and authorities where the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, accounting and tax requirements, then delete or anonymise it.
